Return Eligibility

 
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return:
 
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
 
Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
 
Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return or refund.
 

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping

 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
 
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for all returns.
 
Ashlee Interiors is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
 
Please provide photographs showing the damage or defect.
 
After review, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
 
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for reimbursement.
 

Refund Process

 
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
 
You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
 
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
 
Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
 

Exchanges

 
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please initiate a return and place a new order.
 

Cancellations

 
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once dispatch has begun, cancellations may not be possible, and the standard return process must be followed.
